Cadets from NAESS Shipping Philippines Inc. recently participated in the company’s Ship Familiarization Program aboard MV Kapitan Felix Oca. The training provided firsthand exposure to real-life ship operations.

The cadets engaged in safety drills, equipment orientation, bridge watch duties, and engine room procedures. These activities aim to build the foundational skills necessary for their future careers at sea.

The program emphasizes not only technical training but also the development of leadership, discipline, and responsibility—key qualities expected of maritime professionals.
